When an RFX algorithm is connected to a client's MT4 trading account, the software continuously assesses the market against a disciplined set of programmed parameters. A trade is not opened simply because the market moves. The required conditions must first align with the strategy.
Qualify
Disciplined entry parameters must align before an opportunity qualifies. If they are not met, no trade is opened.
Open
Once the required conditions are satisfied, a position can be opened using the settings applied to that individual account.
Manage
Open positions are monitored and managed according to the strategy. This can include responding as market conditions develop.
Close
Positions are closed according to programmed rules, without fear, overconfidence or second-guessing.

Multi-parameter qualification.

Once opened, positions are monitored and managed using the strategy and the settings applied to that individual account. The software remains responsible for the trade from entry through to closure.

The software runs remotely through the connected MT4 account, so the client does not need to sit at a screen or keep a personal computer switched on. Trading activity remains visible inside MT4, while RFX support and account updates are available through Telegram.

As positions move into profit, the software closes them according to its strategy. From time to time, it may also close a trade at a loss when continuing to hold it is no longer considered appropriate. Some losing trades are therefore expected as part of the overall trading process.

We win when you win.
RFX charges a 20% performance fee on eligible new net profit. Any realised trading losses are taken into account before the profit is calculated. The client keeps the remaining 80%, and the performance fee is invoiced after the relevant calculation.

High-water-mark protection: A performance fee is only charged on new net profit above the account's previous highest fee-paying level. If the account experiences a loss, that loss must first be recovered before another performance fee becomes due. This ensures the same profit is never charged twice.

Do I need trading experience?+
No. RFX is designed to make the journey understandable, and the team can guide you through onboarding. You should still understand that trading carries risk.
Does automated trading guarantee profit?+
No. No legitimate trading system can guarantee profit. Markets can move unpredictably, capital is at risk and losses can occur.
What does drawdown mean?+
Drawdown is the floating value of trades that remain open, rather than a realised loss. Positions may recover and close in profit, although the software may sometimes close a non-profitable trade when continuing to hold it is no longer considered appropriate.
How does the 20% performance fee work?+
The client keeps 80% of eligible new net profit and RFX invoices a 20% performance fee. Realised losses are taken into account first. Under the high-water-mark model, any loss must be recovered before another fee becomes due, ensuring the same profit is never charged twice.
Do I keep control of my trading account?+
